Meditating with others gives us the opportunity to create a safe container in which we deepen our practice.
This five-week series is for meditators who have experience and feel comfortable being guided.
Thursday mornings at 10AM Pacific Time (San Francisco) beginning May 22, 2025.
Each class offers a guided meditation, a talk on a mindfulness and time to share and ask questions.
