Choose Your Time:
Wednesday evenings at 7PM (Pacific Time/Los Angeles) for 1 hour OR
Thursday mornings at 10AM (Pacific Time/Los Angeles) for 1 hour

Each class includes guided meditation, a talk, and time for questions and sharing
Some meditation experience is needed
We meet Live on Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent to the email address you use to register for the series
