Join us this Fall as we explore the obstacles that keep us from letting go of clinging and aversion. Learn meditation techniques to calm the mind, gain insight, and train the mind

Six Week Series:

  • Begins Wednesday Sept 24/Thursday Sept 25, 2025

  • Ends Wednesday Oct 19/Thursday Oct, 30, 2025

Choose Your Time:

  • Wednesday evenings at 7PM (Pacific Time/Los Angeles) for 1 hour OR

  • Thursday mornings at 10AM (Pacific Time/Los Angeles) for 1 hour

Details:

  • Each class includes guided meditation, a talk, and time for questions and sharing

  • Some meditation experience is needed

  • We meet Live on Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent to the email address you use to register for the series
